Worked example: a transcript into an email draft

This is an illustrative pilot, not a measured case study. The outcome is one useful email built from an approved conversation.

  1. Analyze: collect the transcript, select a lesson, draft, review, and send.
  2. Optimize: decide who the reader is and which lesson matters before drafting.
  3. Standardize: write and approve one email manually. Keep it as the example.
  4. Mechanize: give AI the transcript, the chosen lesson, and the approved example. Ask for a draft using only those sources, then stop for editorial review.
  5. Measure: record drafting and correction time. Check claims against the source. Compare actual audience engagement after publication.

If an input is missing, pause the workflow. If a claim lacks evidence, flag it. Producing more content does not by itself prove audience growth.
