Assessment privacy

Your assessment uses the information you submit and accessible public web evidence. Search providers receive your research queries, including your name, website and topics. OpenAI receives selected public text and assessment context to help classify and interpret it. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to reduce abuse.

Your report is private to anyone holding its recovery link. That link allows viewing, downloads, cancellation and deletion. It does not verify that you own the assessed website or prove your identity. Keep it private; lost links cannot be recovered by searching your name.

Raw research is retained for 24 hours after the assessment finishes. The report and approved supporting excerpts remain for seven days after completion. Access expires at those times; cleanup follows within ten minutes while the service is healthy. Saved downloads remain on your device and cannot be removed by server deletion.

You can delete the assessment from its private report page. This immediately revokes access. In-flight work may finish settling before personal research is removed, within 24 hours. Nonpersonal cost records remain to enforce spending limits; admission-limit records remain for their applicable window. Provider retention follows each provider’s own policies.

We use a signed browser cookie and a hashed network address to enforce submission limits, plus a scoped secure cookie to access your report. Private report pages do not use audience tracking. No email is required, and taking an assessment does not enroll you in marketing or a CRM.
